No I mean...which CEL is it...it could be important....my guess is 02 issues(i.e. no cat) replacing the cat and resetting the ECU should solve the problem...
Don't even think about having your car checked without the CAT!!!

Funny story, The car will pass the test without a cat, I had a friend take his s2k in and it passed without one. The E-check people never looked for a cat though. It would have been an instant fail if they saw he had no cat though.
