Default Need advice: coolant leak back of intake, under back cylinder/thermostat housing (update)

OK guys, before I dive into this repair, I wanted to run it past the group to see if anyone else has experienced this odd coolant leak.

Car: 2007 S2K w/ 75K miles. Car has been babied all it's life, and runs fine with no issues other than leaking coolant.

It is a fast coolant leak, and after I used a tool to pressurize the cooling system, I see the coolant leaking in the far back bottom of the intake manifold. Not the thermostat or hoses around it, but it appears that it is coming out from where the intake manifold gasket mounts to the head. Looks like I'll have to fully remove all the fuel rails and intake manifold to get at the leak.

Anyone see this before (no luck with searching the archives)?

Update: found the reason for the leak. Pulled the intake manifold and there was a Hondat intake heatshield gasket. I bought this car with 14K miles, and it appears the prior owner installed it. So I'm going to pitch that and install a new OEM intake gasket and hopefully won't have to worry about this again.

Here you can see where the Hondat caused the coolant leak:

Thanks for updating us even though nobody commented.

Good diagnosis.

Wonder why there is such a large coolant hole between the intake manifold and head.
