Not ALL Corvettes will end up in the weeds... I have had my eye on a 2002 Z06 which will combine outrageous handling with real torque/power. Car&Driver measured .98 g's on the skidpad... plus 405hp + 400 ft/lbs of torque. 0-60 in 4.0 to 4.4... now THAT is power.
I don't know if I will trade in or keep both cars...
I have only driven a regular LS5-powered C5 and was impressed with the handling, power, and build... except they are everywhere and the Z06 is a hardtop only.

Does it come with fresh underpants. There are a few corvettes knocking about over here usually the older ones. I saw a new one recently... C5? I think the car looks fantastic particularly from the front.
