Default n/a injectors

I'm trying to put together a setup for my future car. What would be a good size for injectors with ITB/velocity stacks? I'm shooting for 250hp. Any input would be great. Thanks Alex.

Great question to post in the JDM Tuning forum (aka NA Tuning forum). Might want to post the question there...a few folks in that forum have ITBs.

Yahoo search for "injector size" turns up this:
http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm

Looks like you're gonna want to have 400-500cc injectors.

Before you ask: Some searching on here will reveal that the stock injectors are about 360 and stock fuel pressure is ~43psi.

stock injector will handle up to 450hp.... but with like 80% duty cycle. you should be ok with stock injectors for the 250hp.

here's a simple calculation i learned from an expert but he didn't tell me what the "5" is for.

injector (cc) x 5 / # of injector = ~hp

so let's say 360cc X 5 / 4 = 450hp

i have ITBs and running a 427cc (44lbs) injectors... 20-30% duty cycle
