I can't seem to find any information on this and was wondering if anyone knew. I am looking to install a MY08/MY09 alternator in my 05 AP2. I found that the early 00-05 alternators are part # 31100-PCX-J02. Honda changed the part # to 31100-PZX-003 on the 06+.

Anybody know if the alternator will bolt up and fit the harness on my 05?

have you tried searching part numbers between the years, go to majestichonda.com and search the part numbers.

 

Old one rebuilt not an option?
