You should drive my car to see what you think. I removed it within a few weeks after getting the car.

what is that little piece all the way to the right? the right one of 2 "remove" parts. i pushed out the little white plastic piece with black ring on it...was I supposed to take something else out?

That small black piece is inside that white piece. They sometimes come out together whole.

I ended up having a very difficult time removing the clip. I used heavy duty probes with longer handles for more leverage, but still couldn't do it. Stuck with frustration, I used my trusty dremel and drilled a hole to push the ring out. Worked like a charm. Shifting is now crisp and quick. It still boggles my mind as to why Honda would ruin the sporty transition feel. They should have devised a way to strengthen the Diff. instead of putting the stress on the clutch. Oh well...

I knew I wasn't going crazy. I was telling my friend the first week I had my S, "the clutch slips a little when I shift!"

Has anybody in the LA (southbay area) done this and can help me out. I don't have the tools nor the mechanical inclination to do this. I'd be willing to drive down to SD if SIIK2NR wants to put me on the list of 20 something of this mod.
