I don't really sense the clutch delay when i'm shifting in releasing it into the next gear.

Rather I sense it when I push the clutch in it seems like it delays in disengaging

Yeah but its a change from the norm, unless I'm pushing the car harder than I used to.
Make sure that you are completely off the clutch during shifts.... It's VERY easy to still be on it only slightly when feet and hands are moving so quickly... remember that the hands move faster than the feet. This can also be the problem with gear grinding.. I had to teach my son to slow his shifts way down before speeding them up. If your mechanics and timing are off....you will feel a delay every time...and eventually it WILL be the clutch....

My foot is completely off the clutch for like 1/2 a second before the clutch engages. No way I'm on it. Oh yeah my feet are often quicker than my hands. I've been ocoming off the clutch before the shift a few times.

I'm talking about being off the clutch before you GAS/THROTTLE.... If you gas/throttle before you are completely off the clutch then it will slip and regardless if your foot is off the clutch you will not catch gear until the delay is over or you let off the gas again.

You need to pull off the assembly and RE-SEAT into the joint. Your slave unit is not seated properly. If you have to you can remove the rubber housing to see what it is your trying to align with.

Replace the rubber housing and re-seat the slave. Bleed the clutch again and you will be fine.
