my00-my01 do they run rich?
my00 consumes alot of petrol.. i only got an exhaust and header and only do highways with cruise control.. i can go up to 300km only if im lucky.
my exhaust tips are nasty black..does this mean my car is running rich?
not so sure but i think from my reading the 00 and 01 are the same they run rich and 02 03 are abit better and ap2 doesnt not have this rich problem at all..correct me if im wrong.
thought of getting an Vafc (got a mechanic that can tune it) ..need tips and and advice

300 kilometers sucks ass. I get that or better, and I drive balls to the walls. Dunno if it's worth the time and money for a tune if you primarily do highway miles
Have you checked the plugs and air filter? 300 kilometers is on the low side in terms of milage even for an early AP1.
Nice wheels

well i just ordered my self a clutch kit and my spark plug are old so ill be changing them once im in the garage to change the clutch.
about the highway.. it doesnt matter if i do highways or city with traffic i just get lower milage.
it just doesnt feel right to consume that much..plus vafc is so cheap here in my country they go for 60-70 bucks..
thanks about the rims ..

I do a lot of highway driving, and I average over 450 kms per tank. If you have the top always down, this will hurt your mileage. So will very high speeds (over 125 kph) and hard accelerations & VTEC.
The black soot on your tailpipes is typical, especially if you VTEC often.
You might want to try using some injector cleaner, and cleaning out your throttle body.

Whats all this kms crap?
Mine runs incredibly rich, there's usually a bunch of black dust on my rear bumper, and my exhaust tip is caked in it too.
But I still seem to get decent gas mileage. Whenever I go into vtec black smoke will come out.

You know, the easy to understand unit to show distance.
Devide it by 1000 (kilo... remember?) and you get a meter, another very easy unit to show distance.
And this goes on and on.
Non of this 7/16" drill is not big enough, what drill do I need now? crap
No, if 5.0 doesn't work for you, try 5.1
Easy.
Anyway.. last trackday the S2000 consumed 1 liter every 5 kilometers.
That's pretty rich I guess, as it is a liter a lap (almost)
And the tailpipes were still clean.
Black tail pipes is more an oil consumption thing IMO.
And then most likely because of the PCV system.
In OEM configuration there is a lot of air flowing through the crank case, especially during accelerating and downshifing, taking some of the oil mist with it to be mixed & burned with the fuel giving black soot.
KrankVents stop this air flow.
edit = added picture.
