How much does a new bumper cost. like $1000 bucks?. I thought the black part that hangs over the bumper was a seperate piece? who sells the inserts to cover the one of the exhaust openings for single exhaust systems.
It's only a cover you tape onto the stock bumper though, not a replacement.
