New from honda (is there a better place on the net? HTguy maybe?)
Used maybe from hmotorsonline.com. That's where I used to get my B and K series from.

Burnt valves, Burnt pistons Cracked block??

Sounds like a 100 dry shot poped her.

Entire Fuel system failed, and starved the motor of fuel, and the nitrous was engauged at WOT, and poped the motor.

Block just dont crack, being NA and being set on cruise control.

I bet some injectors failed, which i would get them tested. And there was too much oil in it and somehow cracked the block

I would def look into Hmotorsonline, I have bought a B16a2 and B18c5 from them- They were great!!

Did you get to see the tachometer just before the engine died? There's a chance that the oil was low.

Did you check your oil level often? Did you change your oil when you purchased the car? I bought my '02 S a year ago with similar mileage as yours and lucked out by checking the oil frequently (due to my obsessive nature) and realized that the S consumes a LOT of oil. Of course the issue was later resolved by doing some research on this board, etc, but had I not checked, my engine would've needed replacement.
