My S Hesitates
SO I'VE INSTALLED A CAI MAYBE 2 MONTHS AGO. A MONTH GOES BY AND ALLS GOOD TILL I SEE MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COME ON. THEN LATER THAT DAY I FEEL HESITATION THEN SUDDEN GAS. THIS CONTINUES TILL I REV HIGH 6-7RPMS IN NEUTRAL. AFTER THAT BACK TO NORMAL. UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. MY CAR HAS 60K ON IT AND JUST HAD DIFF, TRANSMISSION, AND OIL CHANGED. ANYONE OUT THERE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM OR ANSWERS? LET ME KNOW. THANKS.

Go get the code pulled. Any troubleshooting without it is pointless and futile. And please STOP SHOUTING.

Jerry, it sounds like your map sensor needs a good old map whack! http://forums.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=209708
If you want to check the code that your ecu is throwing and causing your cel and post it up here, Jesse (2broke2drive) has my obd2 scanner. We can get it back from him and use it to check the code.
Best of luck,
Karim

Yeah, go ahead and beat up up your map sensor. Even though you don't have the code the computer stored. I'm sure that will be effective. Then you'll post hey, my car still hesitates and the check engine light is on.
Without the code, you can't fix the problem. Get the code. Post back here, and Turn the caps lock off.
