Tekka01 dissected the J's Catch Can. It is somewhat baffled.
From my understanding, it should look something like this (based on what I've seen):
-Green: the primary path
-Blue: you have the option to T this in or put a small filter on it to act as a breather. I've read it only leaks a few drops of oil, I have yet to see any.
-Black: T-Line
-The line from your catch can to your intake in the current setup should be for the air pump, but I'm not familiar with the M's Intake or if you even still have your air pump.
This is Roja_boy's setup, looks like he just capped it.
Chris: If the Greddy is like the Cusco, it is not baffled.

Just so everyone is on the same page re: what the can is doing and why you should get a baffled one if you are going to go through the trouble of installing one:

I understand the benefits of a baffled catch can and I'm amazed at how many manufacturers out there continue produce them without one.
Since I already acquired the Greddy Catch Can, I'm curious to know if there is ANY benefit at all in installing it?

Assuming the Greddy is not baffled - yes, there is still some benefit: you have already run the lines so you just need to plug them in to a proper catch can.
Even with the non-baffled - you will still get some oil precipitation b/c the extended routing to/fro the can will cool the vapor in the lines, causing some oil to precipitate.
Sell the Greddy, buy/make one like the moroso/endyn/billet depot/etc
Mod the greddy:

Bikey - thanks the help. I found that DIY last night; and I'm still thinking it over. My biggest concern with that is not doing it right and sucking chards of metal into the intake.

I've been following this thread with interest;
It seems like the best option is to re-pipe it as to ModMonkey's drawing.
I just dont know what is the 'airpump' you mention.
I should just block off the outlet on the gruppe m air intake?

Some additional oil catch information...
In general an S2000 does not need an oil catch can meaning there is no performance benefit. There are conditions (right hand sweeper turns) on the track or autocross that will cause significant amounts of oil to flow through the PCV and cause billows of smoke to come out the exhaust. The billowing smoke causes people to get concerned and want to find out what happened. In some cases drivers are asked to stop racing. The catch can prevents the significant oil flow into the intake and the oil getting burned off (smoke). The AP1 is more susceptible than AP2 that has a redesigned valve cover which rotated the PVC 90 degrees.

Oil burning to the degree that the car is billowing smoke is not healthy. There is definitely a performance benefit to not having this happen--- so much oil in the intake charge is asking for trouble. Oil has a terrible octane rating which is certainly not what you want to be feeding your engine at WOT.
