Battery is in the trunk, a/c lines are on the garage floor, and I am not sure where the heater thingie is..??

Hey Chris the setup looks alot better. Question . Can you goe up to 18 psi on 93oct ?. Arent we risking after 17 psi?

Depends on who you ask, there are people boosting 20 psi at 9:1 on 93 octane, just a matter of the tune. I stayed at or below 17 psi because I cannot afford to lose the motor at this point. I will be getting more agressive in a few weeks perhaps.

Hi Chris,

Has the turbo started to melt the plastic on the fusebox or to cause the hood liner to decompose? Things must be getting furnace-hot with the turbo sitting where it does. As you know, the heat-issue is something I've long been concerned about with my setup, and my turbo sits under the manifold. Are you at all worried about it? In any case, I wish you very good luck with this new setup. It certainly looks great, and I'm sure will be producing some impressive numbers.

Very well of course. I am about to switch to computer controlled boost control, and I will be upgrading my ignition shortly as well...
