well right now in the picture is a stock motor for the sole purpose of fitment for the turbo. the motor that will be running in the car is close to completion. Every part made for the motor is one off and mostly custom. Countless hours have been spent calculating flow characteristics for the head, and custom intake manifold. The amount of science that went into development of this motor is crazy, even stuff i have no clue about, ie. internal ramming effect of the exhaust gases for the exhaust manifold development.
In addition a new form of injection is going to be used in order to keep the amount of detonation non existant so we can keep relatively close to stock compression on the motor. My acquaintence has been experimenting with a new solute he developed in house that was actually intended for his company.its gonna be like a mad science project gone wrong when we fire dis bish up.

104mm intake is more than 2-3 steps larger. A T78 uses a 78mm intake side, so this is larger than what the slow spoolling supras use if you're correct.... (T88 uses 88 mm intake) Mike Simon used a T72, and made 730 rwhp, which spooled around 7000 rpm. (This is before nitrous, which he ran a 100 shot on the track)

I expect to be able to make around 640 rwhp with my turbo, which uses a 56 mm intake wheel, and it is reasonable to expect to be able to achieve over 700 with a 67 mm intake.

I don't understand why you are doing all this special crap which is claimed to be experimental when 700 rwhp is achievable with a normal (ie, non retarded) size turbo, and race fuel. With out "mad science injection".

I am sure that I am just pissing you off (I don't really mean to), but in all seriousness you should step back and take a look at what you're doing. It sounds to me like you've been influenced by some shop owner in to ruining your car, and turbo setup. I have seen it before.

I doubt you will, but feel free to PM me for more info.

Good luck

Chris

Edit: PS- I am saying this for your own personal benefit, and not out of jealousy or fear, or whatever. I am seriously concerned about what you might be getting yourself in to. You may not be considering it now, but it will affect your finances, and enjoyment of the car in the future.
