Replace the block, crankshaft, rods, etc (called a 'short' block) as an assembly. As others have suggested, this is ultimately your cheapest solution. If you scored a cylinder, then trying to do the specific repairs isn't that simple. The internal tolerances and the balancing done to our components is much tighter than other production engines. Not many shops are good at this work..
If you haven't assembled an engine before, I wouldn't recommend you learn on this one. Build to stock and enjoy. A turbo is a whole new world of adventures and $$$$.
BTW, YOU are the one you should talk to about the oil level dropping this low, not the seller... Good luck.

so i had honda take a look at the car, and i stopped by one six and just talk to the guy there and according to both my best bet is just to get a used engine. Repairs would be around the same cost if not more but with a used engine i at least have the security knowing the whole thing is orginal. so yea just trying to update you guys on the whole situation

A short block seems the way to go...
Thats what i done to get mine going again....Use the same head and everything else was new...Just keeping an eye on my oils levels now...
This kind of situation kind of gives you a good reminder to keep an eye on your oil level....
