This is my daily driver, not my weekend track or autocross car. I am happy with everything. If I slightly reduce my cornering ability at the limits, so what? Do I spend all day driving at the limits? No, it's usually driving back and forth to work in stop and go traffic. I also like the idea of having more contact patch on the road at all times driving in the rain which it's been doing every day now for two weeks straight. My car does not handle like a 5000lb van , it still handles great and suits my needs even better now.

And it defintely is not my intention to challenge your needs. I simply wanted to highlight the dynamics involved since this was a pretty interesting read.

Very interesting read...nice to see all the opinions!
I think you will get everything you were hoping for with your new alignment (more tire life, less oversteer). Your car with it's current settings will still outhandle most other daily drivers!

Let me be the first to say congratulations. I understand what you are to saying. I personally would not do it because the car is not my dd. But it is your car and it makes you happier now, so that is great.

yes, i understand the dynamics of what you did, the rear has a more agressive camber curve than the front so any roll will produce a rear grip over the front situation, but all i wanted to say what it was moreso taking a step backwards to cure what you did not like about the car as opposed to a step forwards using say a swaybar to fix what you wanted
