Default my header and exhaust causing misfire?

alright.... i made a thread couple of month ago about my car misfiring...

to keep it short..

suddenly i get 5 codes flashing under 3rd gear+ vtec.
Misfire 1
Misfire 2
Misfire 3
Misfire 4
Random Misfire....

car drove fine.. vtec kicked in strong.. no knocking..

so i checked up s2ki and did the follow things

valve adjustment
spark plug job

and i only get Misfire 3 flashing on 3rd gear+ vtec

so i checked the following

compression test
swapped coils (still 3rd cylinder)

car drove fine.. vtec kicked in strong.. no knocking..

so finally i decided to take my J's header and J's 70RR off and take it in to dealer for warranty work.. (honda care)
i took my header and exhaust off on saturday and took the car into dealer on tuesday.. i told them my problems and they said they will diagnose it.($125)
about 30min later they come and told me they dont see the codes.
(remember even though it flashes and goes away, codes are still saved in ecu)
so they told me to go drive the car, make the codes flash again and drive it back.
so i was like alright and i went out for a test drive...
i get on 1~4gear vtec
2~5gear vtec
3~4 vtec
basically everything and nothing is flashing....
so dealer told me to just go drive the car and if it does it again bring it back(they didnt charge me) and now its been 2 days and i drove it hard last 2 days and i get no codes flashing!! wtf!!

all i had was J's header and J's 70RR(untuned) and now its bone stock.

my beautiful J's intake, J's header, and J's 70RR is sitting in my garage but im scared to put them back on..

wth is going on??

any help??

I know someone that had a 2004/2005 and ran a J's 70RR and J's header.

Ran just about a 16:1 AFR untuned

If money is tight a VAFC is fine. But there are better solutions out there.
