my engine feels very sluggish recently

My car in the last year has not idled correctly, the RPM drop too far and bounce back up, I "think" I feel a loss of power; but I do believe that is all in my head as other people who own S200's tell me I'm crazy. ha
That being said, I agree that the TB, vacuum, etc. I would start with cleaning the carb, but make sure if you have an aftermarket intake that it's completely sealed,

Yea I have the RPM dropped too far and bounce back up problem as well! How did you fix it?

ok finally did the valve adjustment myself today! Seems like the power is back!

Heat makes a massive difference. During the day my car feels really slow and sluggish. Once the sun goes down and the temps drop my car feels like a rocket! Night and day difference lol.

Have you checked the slack in the throttle cable at the throttle body? They loosen up over time and need to remove the slack. There's a thread on how to fix that somewhere on this site but I'm not sure where.
