Get a lawyer and take it to court. No amount of supporting and other otherwise gestures from others is going to fix your engine. If the valves are bent/broken then start saving for a new engine because you'll be paying for it.

I know it aint nice to hear but it is the unfortunate truth

Damn, thats horrible to hear. Why is Honda being such bitches? Toyota replaced 8 trannies on my friends Celica, and pretty much every one it was obvious he had beaten the piss out of it...

The car has been out of action long enough for you to claim a lemon law replacement.. even if they fix the engine.
File for that and then file for arbitration on getting it fixed, overlap this to save time. Send a registered letter to HONDA regional rep requesting a rental and insurance reimbursement while this is getting worked out.
Get your 'experts' analysis in writing for the arbitration.
File a complaint with the BBB.
Find out who owns the dealership and send him a registered letter asking him to help get this resolved.
Record your conversations with anyone from HONDA... pray they give you an ultimatum or diss you.... killer in arbitration.
You need to start doing something about this, too soon it will be winter.

my check engine light went on at 20,000. I took it to honda and they said i had bent valves from overrevving. I never overrevved my car and i know that. I was later installing my stereo and unhooked my battery, they check engine light went off and never came back. Now my car has 30,000 and has slight tapping.

Honda said they would not replace anything because it considered abuse and its my fault.

Odd, isn't it? Honda designs a car based on their F-1 racing heritage, with a nine K redline, sportier than hell. Then they are surprised, and cop a "who me?" attitude when the cars are driven hard as they were designed to.... I agree that Honda shouldn't have to subsidize owners who obviously abuse their cars...But apparently, the corporate mantra at Honda...And this must be coming from the top...Is that the customer is always wrong and at fault....

Kinda sucks when you just dropped 35K for the car.....
