Normally on a 1-2 shift its not noticeable. The leverage of gearing helps alot. However, as mentioned step on it in 4th gear from say a 30 mph roll. This will put more strain on the clutch and cause it to slip.
+1 only above 30

Depending on the damage on the flywheel you can get it resurfaced. You will want new throwout bearing(pilot bearing), clutch dish and pressure plate as well.

Then your clutch isn't completely toast, and maybe the pressure plate has become weak? Maybe your clutch has gotten to the point where it doesn't have enough friction any more at that velocity... If you don't get slip at slow rpm, then it sounds like an issue with high rpm only - just slow your shifts a bit and you'll never experience it again. If you keep shifting and getting that slip, and it is the clutch disc, you'll just accelerate its demise. At least you have a heads up that it will need to be changed sooner or later.

i have actually put it to fifth and car vibrates alot and moves slow like a snail with rpms staying low as well. This is why i didnt pay it no attention but i barely beat on my car so this is why i didnt bother to check on it again so i guess i will have to according to you guys in the near future.

i wouldn't say it's totally gone yet. my clutch was glazed from tracking and behaved exactly like yours does on any fast shift. i was getting sort of annoying so i changed it out, but it looks like i had about 50% life left or more on the disk. it would have been fine for daily driving for quite a bit longer. i had 60k miles on it too.

unless you're slipping in the 4th/5th gear test, i wouldn't worry.

I don't think this is because of your clutch wearing out. There is a very brief delay between releasing your clutch pedal and your clutch fully engaging. If you get on the throttle too quick before it engages completely then it will slip. The delay is longer in AP2's than in AP1's, but they both do it if you get back on the gas as you're letting the clutch out. I'll bet if you make sure the clutch pedal is completely released before getting back on the throttle this will not happen.
