Thanks all, no further symptoms so maybe my clutch is getting a bit long in the tooth and I heated it up a bit at the end of the event. OIR was a more shift heavy course than I'm used to and maybe I wasn't the smoothest going down into 2nd gear. Previously at HMP I could basically just stay in 3rd and 4th for most of the course except 1 or 2 turns. I'll see how Gateway goes.

Thanks for the offer but I did end up moving to St. Louis area for work. Unfortunately haven't made any other gear head friends so far as I haven't been able to make it out to many events.
