Default My CEL, VSA, ! are on and have some questions

So i have a 07 ap2 and my CEL, VSA, ! lights come and some times ill start her up and just the CEL will be on then sometimes all three lights light up and then some days no lights come on. the car runs great havnt had any problems performance wise i took the car to a honda dealer and they pretty much said there's a misfiring cylinder but when i took it in the VSA and ! werent on so they couldnt tell me anything about that even though i told them and yeah they recommended that they change my spark plugs, do a valve alignment and a pressure/compression test they were gonna charge me like $400 and they told me that might not even fix the problem so im just wondering what i should do cause i really dont want to just throw $400 away for them to say its gonna cost a shit load more on top of that to fix the problem.
i just need some advice if any of you guys had a similar problem. sorry in advance if this is already brought up but ive looked at alot of similar post but i couldnt get an answer.

Pulling the actual code would be a good start.

Get the CEL code.

Dont worry about the other lights right now. CEL first.

(biting my tongue) Dealer may be right.

Misfire would cause all 3 lights as the other two default to inoperable.

I would definitely Start with a valve adjustment, esp on DBW car....I've been finding them tighter than spec.
