so, you didnt tighten that plug to the correct torque or what? this seems like the recall problem...

well you could put a helicoil insert or a timesert into the hole the spark plug goes into, and then have the head rebuilt

god i hope this doesnt happen to my car.

i have the cylinder misfire in 2 with low compression

hopefully its just a bent valve, and machine work can fix the rest.

I am sure I torqued the plug down right so I don't know why after 25,000 miles it backed out.

I believe the TSB dealt with the type of washer that came on the orginal spark plugs. I don't think that is a problem with the Denso Iridiums.

That fricking sparkplug looks like it was running pretty damn hot.

When the plug is loose, it get's pretty damn hot. Combustion gasses are leaking past the plug.

No doubt. Look at the ignition coil. Freaking burnt it up.
