Bought my S used at 48k miles and currently reads 61k. My S used to consume at least a quart every 1500 miles and post KV installation, I haven't seen an ounce burnt off in the last couple thousand miles. In addition, I've cleaned out my throttle body w/ the image shown above and completed the whole procedure and

My car runs better now and accelerates a WHOLE lot better. It's simply a whole different car I never knew of, no joke.

I suggest every AP1 w/ adequate amount of miles to install KV and utilize Seafoam ASAP.

i agree, on my 03, i used krank vents, and cleaned the throttle body, was at 49k before i traded it in. but it was a complete different car after those two things. i do have to admit though, the chirp/squeak that the krank vents would give off was pretty annoying.

seems like a small price to pay for a healthier, cleaner, and stronger engine.

i dont mind the popping noise at all. i dont hear it unless i am standing outside the car right near the hood. the elimination of oil consumption is definitly worth a little popping noise caused by the krankvents. krankvents
