did you fill up w/ diesel? or it's possible the gas station filled up the wrong gas ? just a possibility.

Bumping this back up.

I haven't really driven the car since I first posted, and now decided to go back and figure out what was wrong with it. I siphoned out a tank of gas, but the problem is still happening. I notice it only happens at low speed/low rpms. At highway speed the car drives fine. I also noticed that the engine seems to oscillate more than when the car was ok. This could just be in my head, but could a broken engine mount cause misfire problems?

Anyway, I removed the spark plugs, and wanted to get an opinion on how they looked. They are Cyl 1 - 4 from left to right:



Plug # 4 had a little bit of oil on the bottom threads. Should I be worried about that?

My next plan of action is to clean the IAC.

IAC was clean, sprayed carb/tb cleaner in the 2 holes anyways.

Also sprayed some into throttle.

I put the plugs back in, and the car seemed to idle better. I did hear one pop from the exhaust though.

I pulled my plugs the other day, looks the same.

I did have slight oil around the bottom of the washer and was told it could be due to the fact of the high rev's and oil blowing by. In other words it's normal (not sure thought)

So, just want to know, do those plugs look fine? Should I replace them with new ones?

I'm worried about the oil on plug 4, I've read too many stories on here about problems with cylinder 4

I think a set of 4 of those exact same plugs should run less than $60.00 from a Honda dealership. I would imagine it couldn't hurt. You are troubleshooting regardless, it may help to rule them out. I would replace with the exact same NGK type Honda plugs, and check the gap before install.
I don't know how many miles your car has, and can not really see the electrode on any of the plugs in the pic. They do strike me as having alot of crud built up on them (I did mine way before they were due though).
I guess if you can afford it, I don't see what it could hurt.

About 35k miles. I guess I'll just go ahead and change them out, and I'll check the valves next.
