Multiple clunks during stopping in gear with clutch in
Recently, my AP1 started making multiple clunks when coming to a near stop in gear with the clutch fully depressed (like pulling into the garage).
It feels like something spinning is hitting something either in the transmission or the differential.
The clunks are harsh enough to be felt and loud enough to be heard.
The clunks happen in any gear during stopping but do not happen in neutral.
The transmission and clutch fluid are less than 100 miles old.
The clutch fluid in the MC is spotless and crystal clear.
The clutch push-rod is perfectly adjusted.
The differential fluid is less than 500 miles old.
The car is tracked a lot and I change the fluids every few track days and i'm pretty sure I've destroyed a few syncro's as the hotter it gets the harder and harder it is to put into gear. It will grind 4-5 gear when shifting at red line.
The car is running an AEM EMS.
Any ideas?

Please don't post inaccurate statements....
The S2000 uses a roller bearing which sits BEHIND the flywheel. In order to even see it the whole clutch assembly needs to come off, and in order to replace it, the flywheel must come off.

Check the pilot bushing in the end of the crankshaft.

I was pretty sure I couldn't see the pilot bearing with the clutch and PP installed.

I doubt that the pilot bearing is the cause though...if it's bad enough to where you FEEL AND HEAR it. I'm almost wondering if you have a broken Clutch Disc or something of that nature since it only does it when you are in gear AND depressing the clutch. If it was differential related I would imagine it'd happen regardless of being in gear or not.

Didnt think I was being to inaccurate, more vague than anything. the pilot bearing sits behind the flywheel which is in fact bolted to the crankshaft. you can buy a copper bushing instead of a all though it is not the OEM part. And as for my price probably inaccurate.
