Default Mugen or Spoon header with single canister exhaust?

Just want to here some opinions on Mugen's header with a single canister exhaust? Also I know Spoon's N1 exhaust is a single, but has anyone tried a different single canister exhaust with the Spoon header? Out of the two which is more efficent with a single canister?

Thanks for the info.

I am pretty sure that I want to get the Spoon header for my s2k. Also as far as exhaust goes, should I stick with Spoon and get the N1 racing exhaust? Or what about the Import Development N1 racing exhaust? Is there any other factors beside's the facts that the Spoon N1 racing exhaust is.

1.Not as loud as ID N1 racing
2.A little more pricey
3.Weighs more

Also does the Spoon exhaust make the same HP as the ID N1 racing?
