Default Mugen Limited- slip differential

The mugen differential is $1,400, just wondering if any body has it or has heard any thing about it. Mugen said it gives you more torgue, plus how hard to put in. Let me know if it is worth it. thanks

As for how hard it is to put in, can you provide us with a description (or link) to what this Mugen diff consists of? If it's internals, then it'll be not much different than having to take the diff out of the car, taking the guts out and putting it back together (6 to 8 hours maybe). If it's an entire diff that's ready to drop in (which I assume it is looking at the price), then it's a matter of pulling the old one and putting the new one in - maybe a 2 to 4 hour job.

It's just the differential, not the gears/bearings or housing. Installing will be just like settiing up a new set of gears.

Well give that Cusco, Kaaz and Mugen LSDs are all about in the same price range as the OEM LSD. That is the 1200-1400 price range. Seams fairly normal too. The Guru Racing unit for the Miata is in the same boat too. So for once the Mugen part is inline with everyone else.
