A baseline is $75. VAFC tuning is a flat $150 fee. Other tuning (engine management systems) is $125/hr.
The gear selection should make virtually no difference on a Dynapack. Provided the correct gear ratio is entered into the system and the load time is kept the same, the only change will be due to the small changes in efficiencies between various gears. These usually amount to less than 1%. I've done back to back tests on the same car in 3rd and 4th gear (keeping coolant and intakes temps the same). The results were within a couple hp.
