if you have mugen I/H/E then get the mugen ecu
if you have spoon I/H/E then get the mugen ecu
if you have j's racing I/H/E then get the j's racing ecu

if you have random I/H/E parts... then get AEM EMS
that was really the shortest - quickest - efficient - beatiful answer for this question.

Altough I am reading all the topics , but not answering too much, I felt myself in a MUST to answer this , because I laughed too much

thx for good ans.

The Mugen ECU disables the Knock sensor? That's brilliant with our compression ratio and the variable quality of gas (not to mention 100+ degree temps in the USA).

No thanks...Spoon for me as I've noticed that the F20c makes a lot more power when it actually runs...

why go for plug and play unit when you can buy customizable ecu? sure it might cost more but nothing beats a custom tune according to your mods.

to open the can of worms:

someone here in s2ki.com with a full catalog of spoon stuffs including spoon ecm was doing a dyno and it's one of the most disappointing thread ever.

until SCC test drive the kingsmotorsport mugen s2000 ap2 with every mugen option and didn't make one single gain over oem dyno.
the power band is worse than OEM at low and mid range, then it barely catched up with oem at high end.
