MPH Qestion for 4.57 owners
I got:
1st 31 @ rev limiter
2nd 57@ rev limiter
3rd 79@ rev limiter
Is this abouve average, or is my speedo off??
Thanks
and BTW, I like the squeeking the gears make. Make the car sound move sports car like. But at high RPM, the Spoon Exhaust covers the speeking gears

You need the yellow box sold by Rick's to clibrate the speedometer. Check for the proper speeds here:

1st should get you to about 40mph.
2nd ------- 61
3rd ------- 84
However, running it to redline and looking at your speedo is not the way to see what speed you are going. The speedo has a bit of lag time. The proper way to check the speedo is to be paced by another vehicle (preferably a police car with a calibrated speedo) at two different speeds (something reasonable like 30 mph and 50 mph), then average out the error and correct with the Yellow Box.
There is a certain whine with the Richmond Gears 4.57s. There should be no "squeaking".

Yellow Box Setting: 0010 0111 = 1.0975 = 9.75%
Using this setting with the 4.57 Gears (stock rims and tires too), in 6th gear going 84mph i'm at exactly 5000RPM. That's my final tuned settings on my car and it's right on the dot.
