what the best brand of motor oil your suppose to use for your S2000? The previous owner told me use to some kind brand(mobile or something) but i was too busy looking at the car and now i forgot.

LOL, your going to get as many answers as there are brands of motor oil. Most prefer a full synthetic, my choice along with many others being Amsoil. A good read on the subject would be the oil journals:

P.S. The previous owner was probaly talking about Mobile 1 Full Synthetic, which is another good oil.

Amsoil full synth has proven to be the best oil, however it's more difficult to find at retail shops, and it cost a lot. I highly doubt you will ever have a problem if you toss in Mobil 1 full synthetic.. probably the 2nd best oil and widely available everywhere from auto stores to walmart at $4/qt. Just get some 10w30 full synth and you'll be fine.

Amsoil has a direct sales website. and a list of dealers nation wide. the higher cost can be offset by the superior protection, and longer OCI's I go 6k between changes on the s2k, and 10k with my camry and tacoma. change the oil filter at halfway thru, if you want.
