Maybe Mobil has been reading the manual and decided that 5W-40 is the best option.
You know.. nice and thin at any (cold) start.
Not like the molasses 10W-xx.

Mobile 1 5w-40 Truck and SUV used to be available...however they changed 5w40 truck and SUV to 5w30 truck and SUV. The new replacement for the old 5w40 Truck and SUV is the Turbo Diesel 5w40
