If an oil performs well on these tests - IT WILL PERFORM WELL IN YOUR ENGINE.

[QUOTE=2007 Zx-10,Aug 14 2008, 04:01 PM] while I think this is generally correct, there is no substitute for actual engine tests...how and why is ExxonMobil "covering up" anything?

For the record - Amsoil does NOT go after any company in particular.

THAT WEBSITE DOES NOT BELONG TO AMSOIL
That website belongs to an independent Amsoil dealer, and as such has nothing to do with Amsoil corporation.
It's like saying Honda is responsible for the ads put forth by independent Honda dealerships - they aren't.

Then they shouldn't let one of their reps post such propaganda, which is literally all over the net
Hey partner - they are NOT - I repeat N O T representitives from Amsoil.
That is why they call them INDEPENDENT DEALERS.
They have no affiliation with Amsoil whatsoever. They buy oil from Amsoil at dealer cost and resale it.
Amsoil cannot tell them what to say or not to say, unless they misrepresent Amsoil products deliberately.
