FOR 1,500 YOU GET A BETTER CAR IN THE LONG RUN.
TRY TO LOWER THE PRICE ON IT, IF YOU BUY IT FROM DEALERSHIP HELL YEAH YOU CAN LOWER IT 1,500. OR PRIVATE YOU CAN NEGOIATE IT DON'T RUSH.
MY CAR I BOUGHT 2 YEARS AGO WAS 25,999 AND I BOUGHT IT OUT THE DOOR 21,500

30k service is pointless.
I would ahve gone with option 1 till you said "Jiffy Lube"
Bought our S w/ 33k miles and I changed the trans(fluid was clean) and rear diff(gross) fluid withing the next couple weeks of buying it and its perfect
