Update: need a new ECU I guess. Maybe this ECU got too much voltage at one point or something. Switched ECU with my buddies 02 and CEL went away, green immobilizer I suppose was blinking, COPs all read correct voltage! White wire back to .00v. Anyone have info on what computer where for sale what I need to do to immobilizer unit? This is my daily and I have now taken 3 days off work to deal with this craziness. Thanks

Still waiting on new computer/immobilizer/ignition, I broke down and ordered them all together off of eBay. I believe the sellers name is TAEautomotive. If you go on eBay and type in s2000 ap1 or s2000 ap2 computer and search for ones around 200 dollars you will find one like I purchased. I do however need pointed in direction of a manual or something to figure out how to get all this crap off and switched over without messing something up. Thanks guys

Got the computer did the key trick, runs good. Driving car get in vtec on the way home from work and CEL comes on. Temp gauge falls to read nothing.. Car still has proper throttle response, no other issues going 60 down the road. Temperate gauge now comes up. I take first exit shut car off. Pop the hood check everything out start the car still no issues other than now just the STEADY CEL. Wtf. I am getting terribly frustrated, I was going to go to auto zone today to get a fuel filter and new NGK plugs anyways, so I will have them scan the code, I don't have a scanner. Any clue wtf is going on with my car? It is now on a "good" computer that I received in the mail today. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Also the car has now adapted a high (1500 rpm) idle, and when I push on the brake the car begins to surge badly from 1500-2000 rpm. I turned on the AC, and the idle goes back flat at 1500 rpm. I'm so confused and frustrated.

I'd also like to add that my abs light is on and has been on since I got it back from rebuild a month and a half / 550 miles ago. My back pads were done, and I replaced them and abs light is still on, and am unsure why but figure this may have something to do with my problem, im about at my witts end with this car.

CEL, get it scanned plain and simple.
ABS light you can scan yourself with a paper clip.
Brake pads have no affect on the abs light.
This car has no fuel filter, dont bother.
The engine is running fine, dont bother with spark plugs. dont look for problems where none exist. New plugs will help none of your issues.
The surging idle is a sticking IAC valve. Clean it and it will stop doing that.
