When I had misfires in cylinders one and two, I had burned exhaust valves.

Which I am told can be avoided with a regular valve adjustment.

Lesson learned.

Well I am probably going to get it towed to a mechanic today. I knew when I bought the car I should've had someone do an adjustment. I would have done it myself if it was not such a PITA.
Any more thoughts on what it could be?
Anyone know of a mechanic or dealership in TN that knows what they are doing?

Post in your local S2k site asking for info on local Mech. A lot of times you can find local Honda guys who do side work.

Well Ima say u have a burnt valve or excessive carbon build up on the back of the valve not letting it close all the way causing it not to make pressure. No way of really telling unless u take it apart or have a camera. When u take it to the "mechanic" make sure they dont just throw parts at it trying to fix it and they actually try and diagnose the problem. Always ask what they have done to come to the conclusion of what they are going to do. Remember its YOUR money dont be afarid to ask questions!

Yeah I took oldsoldier's advice and posted in the Nashville forum. Hopefully someone can help me out.
That's exactly what I'm afraid of though. I don't want someone who doesn't know what they are doing taking apart my engine.
I'll be sure to ask as many questions as possible and perhaps even ask to see what they are doing or plan on doing.
It could just be a piston ring or something. I don't know but we'll see.
I'll keep y'all updated.

You should do a leakdown test on cylinder 4 to find out what the problem is. It will tell you weather you have bent exhaust valves or intake valves or bad piston rings.

0 compression is a bad valve. Pull the cover and check your retainers. If #4 has a cracked one change it and recheck compression. It's a long shot, but who knows. Next step is to remove the head and check for damage. The compression tester was still good after you checked the last cylinder right?
