Default Misfire in cylinder 4... Please help!

Hey all, I need some major help here and I would be very appreciative of anyones suggestions or ideas.
So here's how it goes.. The other night my friends and I were all hanging out working and washing our cars and we all got hungry and wanted to go out and eat.
So we all pack into a couple cars and I get in my car. I turn on my S and the CEL light comes on and starts flashing and immediately I feel bogging..
I turned off the car as soon as I saw and felt it and ran and got my CEL code reader.
I plugged it up to my car and ran the reader and it came back with 2 codes, 1 fault code, and 1 pend code.
The codes were:
P1399 - DTC not found (It's a honda, duh.)
P0304 - Misfire in cylinder #4!

So I decided to do a compression test and see what the f@#k is up and it came back with:
Cylinder 1: 210 compression
Cylinder 2: 242 compression
Cylinder 3: 240 compression
Cylinder 4: 0 compression

WTF IS THAT!?!?!?!?
Is it a bent valve, a broken retainer, I don't know.
If any of ya'll have some experience or advice with this I would love to hear all about it.

My car is a MY2000 and I am the third owner. My friends were saying that it could be from a mis-shift or over-rev from one of the idiots who owned the car before me.
I know that AP1 retainers have problems with cracking and are weak but I thought there would have been some sign of wear or damage without having to do a valve adjustment to figure it out.
I am a college student and I don't have that much money to fix it so I was hoping someone could point me in some direction as of what I need to have to fix it and if anyone else has had a problem like this.
I have read all the posts I could about this and IMO have not really came to a definite conclusion on what I should do and I don't trust dealerships because they always try to rip me off and tell me I don't know what I'm talking about.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long post guys.

Thanks,
Nate

I purchased new ones immediately after the compression test.

How long have you had the car? I ask because if you have had the car a while an issue like this should have shown up on a test drive , i assume.

Well from what I have been reading, there are no real signs of it unless you do a compression test or valve adjustment.
My S has been running great w/o any problems all the way up until now..

The top 2 look extrmely carbon fouled! Did they smell like gas or burnt oil? How many miles on those plugs?

I think it smelled more of gas than anything.
My car isn't leaking oil or anything atm but I have not really turned it on since it threw that CEL at me.
