Default Misfire Cyclinder 1

Hey guys got a check engine light with the codes P03901 and P1399. I switched plug from cyclinder 1 and put it in cyclinder 2. Code went away for a day then came back. When i start it in the morning it booggs then goes away. Alsothe check engine light blinks randomly when im driving. Is this safe? I just rebulit my motor and ran into problems were i couldnt get it to start and it was a bad crank sensor. do u think its a fouled spark plug b/c when i was tryin to crank the motor over it kept flodding the cyclinders?

Ok so when you switched the plugs and the problem came back, did the code change from a P0301 to P0302? Misfire cylinder 1 to 2 in other words.. You can also change your coil packs around and see if that changes the location of the problem. The CEL blinking randomly while driving can mean many things. Its warning you of a problem so I wouldnt drive it untill you come to a solution. Dont forget to gap the plugs as well!
