misfire/backfire/hesitation under 3k

i really hope it's just the injectors. i drove to work today and that car stopped popping under 3k but now it feels like im running on 3 cylinders. i had no power this morning at all. 1st gear felt like 3rd. maybe it would just be best to replace the injectors alltogether

well i took off the injectors and cleaned them last night and they did absolutly nothing for the car. so i ended up pulling off the heat sheild as far as i could, just so i could see the header. the car had been sitting for a little bit and the pipes were cold so i started up the car and felt each pipe. cylinders 2,3 and 4 got really hot right away and cylinder #1 stayed cool to the touch which told me right away that my problem was with that cylinder. to make a long story short i called my buddy had him bring his S over and i changed out my coil with his and the car ran beautiful. i ordered a new one and i pick up my new coil tomorrow morning. thank you for all your help
