Supposedly is the operative word there. I replaced mine at 52k and noticed an immediate improvement in gas mileage of about 3-4 mpg. That said, I would go ahead and replace them, even if they are not the source of your CEL.
although I didn't flip around the coilpacks never thought of doing that , But if Xviper
says its okay I would do that also, But anyway The light never came back on since
I replaced the plugs and reset the ECU.

J, I had this same thing happen to me literally two weeks ago. You can even find my post about it. I had autozone check it, same CEL. It came all of a sudden. It also went away after 3 days and hasn't come back since. I am not sure what the problem was but I had a valve adjustment and changed my spark plugs. My exhaust valves were loose but I doubt that caused it. I asked a honda tech and he thinks it could be from the weird weather changes we had that week. 80 one day, 50 the next so I think the ecu was trying to adjust it everyday and didn't work too well. My car runs fine and no problems

Thanks for the input. I think it was just an accidental misfire... I'm gonna wait to see if it comes back. I'm thinking since it went off by itself that it probably was a freak thing

J....My advice....
The system used to determine misfires is not foolproof. Based on a firing order of 1-3-4-2-1-3-4-2-1-3-4-2, there is a small chance your misfire occured in cyl 2 or 3. With that, it is also extremely unlikely cyl 4 misfired.
SO....I would swap the spark plug and coil from cyl 1 to cyl 4. Clear the ECU, and see if it comes back. This would be the best way to isolate the problem. If code P0301 returns, you could have an issue with the injector, or a tight valve.
