Since I installed Mugen header and Spoon Exhaust..no problems
but once it got a bit warmer here in Ohio I have had this happen several times

after putting in 70 deg weather..very slow moving.. I all of a sudden hammer throttle.. regardless of gear.. my car sputters..for a sec or two, then is fine

it idles fine, no hesitation when I rev it.. it just sputters ocasionally
any ideas??

also.. is this a Prob from topping off gas tank??? i do it often

I hope someone will tell me its nothing, or can tell me what prob might be and tell me it will be covered under warranty

Thanks

You should try whacking your MAP sensor a couple times with a screw driver. Maybe it is just a bit gunked up, and sticking now that the weather is changing.

I have read that topping off the gas tank can cause the fuel guage to screw up.

The engine is heat sinking. Quite common. Cool air fixes the hesitation. Wouldn't hurt to wack the map sensor.

Not hard enough to break it!
Use the handle end of your screwdriver and tap it like you would when you are cracking open a soft boiled egg.
