Default Metallic grinding/scratching noise that tracks wheel speed

Apologies for the terrible video. This afternoon my car started making this cyclical metallic grinding noise. To my ears it is coming from my rear drivers side wheel area. It seems to follow the speed of the wheel. Could this be the brake wear indicator, or something worse? I had just drained and filled my diff and trans fluids earlier, but I checked both and saw no leaks. Any insight would be appreciated.

Default

could be a sticking caliper. look at your rotor and see if there are any noticeable grooves in it
