Default Metallic clanking-clinking noise from rear hubs

Whenever I roll off from a stop I get this metallic clinking noise coming from both rear hubs. It goes away once I get past 10 mph or so. Do I need new bearings or something? I already re torqued my rear axle nuts 20 degrees past 180ft lbs, that didn't do shit. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes at this point you need new bearings and hubs if torqueing the axle nut 20 degrees doesn't do "shit". It's really supposed to be 60 degrees.

Ok thanks. And yes, I torqued to 60 degrees. Don't know where I got 20 from.

What kind of wheels/lug nuts are you using and at what torque?

Do you mean when you shift from neutral to first really quick after a stop and you hear a thump? If so, it's just the diff/tranny and it's normal. Just depress the clutch for a few seconds prior to shift into first (do this preemptively if you can) and it will allow more time for the gears to settle so the thump doesn't occur. I forget the details but the info is on here or you can google it.
