I would like to take the valve cover back off and rotate the crankshaft to see if I can spot any pieces of plastic or metal. Anything I need to be made aware of to rotate the crankshaft?

Has to be cam chain tensioner or guides.

Never rotate it backwards. Otherwise spin away.

Ended up being a broken rocker. Rocker and cam replacement on order.
