i' started hearing this at low speeds after adding coil overs and a swaybar.

Is it constant? Is it over bumps? Is it under high suspension loading?
Did you torque everything to factory spec when you put it back together?
I know on my last car my sway bar would come loose and so time to time it would clunk. But a tap sounds more like bad positioning of a brake line or a loose bolt.
