Default Megan Racing Coilovers

What are the settings that you use for the street and for the track???

put the dampers to the softest setting, dont mess with preload unless you know what your doing but this isnt what you use to make the suspension "softer".

I know the softer gives you a better ride quality for the street, I kinda worded my question incorrectly. What I'm wondering probably is does everyone lower the car from the bottom collar or do they lower the spring perch?

height is adjusted by the lower collar, losen the collar and turn the bottom mount to adjust he height.
