make sure your o2 sensor is screwed in tightly. this happened to me a while back ago.

my megan test pipe rattled when I shook it. This was before I installed it of course.

my new one came in. i compared it to my old one, and it most deff was the resonator that went bad.. oh well

Its the welds on the inside of the resonator holding in the resonator baffles and junk...I had that happen to my JIC exhaust. But since it is not as simple as a test pipe I had them cut out the old resonator and put a new one it. (I actually ran resonator-less for a while but that was actually pretty sucky )

I have a custom test pipe and am now getting a resonator welded into that as well...just need a little less rasp and a little more quiet.

hey, where can you find a resonator small enough to fit out on the open market. I'm looking for a friend of mine and haven't been able to find anything small enough.

burns stainless has small resonators but they are expensive
