Before you go spending good money on an electronic simulator, you should pull the code. If it's something else that is coincidental, you'll still have a CEL. The mechanical simulator is a proven method for so many owners. There has to be some other reason why you are getting a CEL.

ya...this method works for everybody...it has worked for me for the past 7 months with probably almost 7k miles of driving...either there is something else triggering the CEL or you busted one of the wires durring your modifying

Does anyone know how this will work with the UR turbo kit and 3" high flow cat? Should I put one on each of the O2 sensors if it does work? I have gotten the CEL a couple of times and have checked and just reset. The codes I get are "too rich", "cat below threshold", and "trim malfunction" if anyone has gotten these with the kit or knows what they mean, let me know. And if this fix will work or not. Thanks

I guess since no one seems to have tried it with a turbo, then I'll just have to do it and see what happens.

I did this a few weeks ago and no code yet. I haven't put on as many miles but hope to have the same experience as many others. I am worried about something though-----ground clearance. I am lowered so that makes my problem worse plus I live in PA and the roads are in bad shape. Has anyone had a problem with this? Do you think I need to relocate the sensor? In short......

Is there a problem with my bung hole?

Thank you

haha...your bung hole does have more of an angle then mine...but as long as you don't run over any big rocks...I don't see it being a problem

I'm also lowered, and as before, I've had this done for quite some time now...never had a problem with either ground clearence or CEL...and since I'm doing an oil change next week...I'll take a pic of mine as it currently is
