I put a Vortech Supercharger and a star Stage 3 clutch with a comptech lightwheight fly wheel in my 2001 S2000. My rear end vibrates like crazy at full throttle. Just wondering if anyone had any info with something like this.

You're not going to get much help with this Subject line... Send a PM to a moderator asking to change it to something like "Strong vibration at rear at WOT".

That said, it could be your inner CV joints, or loose axle bolts. How long after the clutch install did this start?

could be the driver side inner CV joint. They tend to go south and start vibrating under acceleration.
